Hello everyone! Last week was a great week. I went to the gym Monday-Thursday and also went on Saturday. I am feeling great! I meal prepped my own meals with Alde's guide and everything was perfect.
I am down 3 pounds!
So I have lost a total of 7 pounds
So Alde will be away for most part of this week so this will be a test of how much I can push myself. She has sent me workouts to do on my own. MK and I have signed up to a gym closer to my house so he will be my gym partner. I'm also on the lookout for some new gym sneakers since the ones I have have seen better days lol. Any suggestions?
Week goals-go to the gym 4 days this week, also lose another 3 pounds.
