Hello everyone! Last week was a great week. I went to the gym Monday-Thursday and also went on Saturday. I am feeling great! I meal prepped my own meals with Alde's guide and everything was perfect.
I am down 3 pounds!
So I have lost a total of 7 pounds
So Alde will be away for most part of this week so this will be a test of how much I can push myself. She has sent me workouts to do on my own. MK and I have signed up to a gym closer to my house so he will be my gym partner. I'm also on the lookout for some new gym sneakers since the ones I have have seen better days lol. Any suggestions?
Week goals-go to the gym 4 days this week, also lose another 3 pounds.

Hello everyone! It's that time again for motivate Mondays.
Last week was a tough one for me and I was so drained. I was able to go with Alde to the gym 3 days. It was weird since I have loads of energy but my body is still getting used to working out. So needles to say I was really pushing through my workouts.
Since my meals were already prepped that was a no brainer. I came home from the gym and didn't even have to cook
I weighed myself Saturday morning and I am down 4lbs! That might not be much to you but to me that is a great accomplishment. I also fit into a pair of pants that I could even think of wearing a month ago. So this proves to me that I am also down some inches.
So I am ready for this week! Hopefully I lose a few more pounds. I am planning to go to the gym 4 days this week and work out one day from home.
Week Goals- lose anther 2 pounds

Happy Monday! It's time to get you guys caught up ! So I have completed a week and I feel great. I went to the gym on Thursday and Friday of last week to get me back in the groove of things. Alde has really pushed me at the gym and to be honest that is what I really need. She has set me up with a gym workout routine and eating schedule. I have so much more energy so I am waking up earlier and I don't feel tired through out the day.
I have taken advantage of one of the features Alde offers with her program and had her meal prep my meals for the week. This is great since my life gets so busy sometimes and its important that I keep up with my healthy eating.
I thought I would be dying after my first week but I honestly can't wait to work out! I haven't weighed myself yet this week to give you guys an idea of how my weight loss is going. I will weigh myself on Thursday. To me the scale is not really that important and it will not change the way I feel about my program. So I will post an update on it every so often so you have an idea.

Today's post will highlight Inspiration and Motivation. Sometimes it's so hard to stay motivated (believe me I know). You honestly have to dig it out of you and push through the obstacles to see the light on the other side. I can sit here and list all the things that I want to accomplish, but why? The problem is when you don't accomplish those things. Everything takes time to complete, and most things that have to be thought out are completed correctly. When I say correctly I mean correctly to you. Most people need some kind of motivation. Spiritually, visually or just to reap all the benefits of your accomplishments. What gets you motivated? I confess..I hate riding public transportation and having to deal with people! I wish I could just teleport to work.
I confess..I go to sleep every night at 10 pm. If I don't I way up super cranky.
I confess..I always wake up before my alarm and turn it off. I have been woken up by my alarm and it scares the living day lights out of me.
I confess..I have a fear of losing my house keys. When I put them away I check at least once to make sure they are still there.
I confess..I secretly want to hulk smash my phone when I look back at an email I have sent and there are typos.
I confess.. It takes me at least 24 hrs to make any decision. If I can't chances are I'm not doing it.
I confess..I am obsessed with lip balms. I have one at home, on my desk at work, in my purse and anywhere I could possibly keep one.
I confess.. I love sushi, if there was a way I could eat it everyday I would.

Motivate Mondays will be a series I will have here on my blog while I am on my journey to health & fitness. This is probably the millionth time I have said to myself that I would get back in shape what makes it different? I need to lose weight and just all around make healthier choices for my life.
This time around I'm making it happen no matter what! I also have my sister who is a fitness bikini competitor and online coach helping me.
I wanted to share this journey with you guys since it will not be an easy one for me. So stay tuned folks this should be interesting.
